After finding herself in social settings while pregnant, it was apparent that non-alcoholic options were lacking for Noelle. Hard cider was her preferred drink of choice, and that dwindled the options down even further. Like every good business story, it starts by solving a problem! After experimenting with different brews in the kitchen, Noelle worked with her husband Chris Ohlinger to begin developing what is now the Klarody Cider Co.

As a seasoned beer drinker, Chris Ohlinger was starting to pack on more responsibility in his life that alcohol was not helping with. Inspired by family and friends who were sober, he decided to take the leap and found new age non-alcoholic beers are just as good as their alcoholic counterparts. Having an emerging brew market that helps support his journey fuels his passion for Klarody Cider Co. as it would give his wife Noelle the same benefits (while also increasing the number of options in the cooler)!
